Weight loss programs I would either avoid or research thoroughly before begining & why...

First and formost I want you to know I am recieving no money from any of these programs this is strictly my thoughts and opinions from my own personal experience. I have researched several of the programs where you buy prepackaged foods such as Jenny Criag or Nutrisystem I personally don't recomend them. Don't get me wrong for all intense purposes I would have to say they work and if you follow the program you will see results....But in my opinion its really exspensive and not very practical. the price is around what I spent for a family of three for a whole month and it only feeds one person. When I mentioned that to the representative they said well once you are eating our products you won't need to conitue to buy groceries. And that I should look at it as switching my grocery bill from the grocery store to them.

The only problem with that was unless I allow my childern to starve then yes I would still have to buy groceries. I was just not able to spend that kind of money on just enough food for me. But I do realize that is not an issue for everyone. Unfortunatly that isn't the only problem I found with them most of there meals are frozen dinners which takes up a large amount of space in your freezer so unless you have a deep freeze your going to have a problem. I mean who has that kind of room in there freezer right? And the portion sizes are very small not to say that you won't have to get use to smaller portions but there are programs that are quite as bad. And personally that was an issue for me I do not want to feel deprived.

As for Nutrisystem, I had the benifit of actually being able to speak to someone who did the Nutrisystem program and there are some thing that if they are true are very distrubing to me so much so that even though I am unsure if they are true I still feel justified in bring them up just so any of you who are considering this particular program can keep it in mind and are perpared to ask plenty of questions about it before agreeing to anything. Now what I am speaking of is she claimed that they are constantly trying to sell you supplements and that they are very very good at making it seem like you are wasting your time if you don't buy them.

Now just between me, you and my Doctor, most if not all of these types of thing are completely unnecessary. According to my Doctor nothing more than a good multi vitamin (that you can buy for yourself at your local Dept. store) should be required with any healthy diet program. But by all means don't take my word for it discussing it with your own Doctor it is something I strongly suggest for anyone starting a new weight loss program anyway. And from what I was told these supplements are very exspensive. But they have that cover as well they offer a credit card to supposedly help you out with that. Well the lady I spoke to claimed to have gotten into thousands of dollars of debt before she realized the credit card had an interest rate that, well to be blunt damn near broke her before she had a clue

Always listen to what your common sence tells you. If something does seem right then more times then not it isn't. And my thoughts on those types of situations are its better to be safe than sorry....There are ton's of get thin quick scams out there I am sure your aware of. So I'm sure you know to stay away from programs that tell you all you have to do is take a pill or aply some cream and it will turn you slim and trim in no time...(Along with a healthy well balanced diet and exercise routine...lol)...That your better off to go with the program that actually emphasizes the healthy diet and  exercise rountine since that is the only real way to lose wieght and keep it off.

And yes even if you get them from your doctor. I did the perscription diet pills and "yes" I lost wieght but they were exspensive and the min I stopped talking them I started gaining the pounds back and they brought some firends with them so I actually ended up bigger than I had been before hand. So just keep that in mind cause it is the same story from everyone I have spoken to who ever went that route. Well I hope you have found some of this helpful and I wish you all the luck...........You'll be hearing from me again soon

Condsidering a weight loss program but aren't sure where to begin? Well here's my recommendations.

My recomendation is to start out with Weight Watchers. its a really good program and if you are really new and have no idea what is good for you. Food lables are very confusing and even more misleading seem everything these days are "Healthy" for you....Believe me this is not the case. I strongly suggest you attend the meetings as well as using there e-tools when you being the program. You will learn alot they will teach you how to read food lables, what to look for and what not to use and why. My Doctor actually recommended it. And yes they do have some food products but they do not strictly stick to just there products (Like alot of other programs) and for the most part you will learn what types of normal foods (You know the type you can find in your neighborhood grocery store) to eat and how to prepare them to get the best weight loss results.

I won't tell you that its not limiting but you do get to eat alot more on this program than most. Granted it is healthier foods for the most part. But they really do have some good products. And suggestions of food products you can use to replace those exteremly fattening ones we all struggle to do without that includes healthier less fattening desserts like Ice cream and pies. And they are really good and reasonably priced as well. I learned tons...and the Weight Watcher Program is far less pricey than some of the other I have mentioned it only runs like $40 bucks a month and there is something they call a starter pack that has better trackers and books in it to help you know what points are in certain foods from numberious restraunts and fast food places that I sugesst you invest in once you have been attending awhile...that runs about $40 as well. And I strongly suggest you use the online program they offer to compliment it as well.

Its full of recipes, exercise routines, Doctors advice & encouraging articles from people who have had success with it...Oh and speaking of that all there employees are required to have actually been members of the program their selfs and seen success of their own. So your not dealing with women or men who have no idea what your going through.Which I for one really liked. And its really fairly simple to understand and get the hang of It works on a point system and the internet program has a points counter as well as an online food counter you type in what food your about to eat and how much and it will tell you how may points it is...it's very nice and you'll receive  a paper one at your first meeting as well.  I know this may sound very compilcated but its not!...You will get it down pat in no time at all it is very easy to follow and get the hang of. But I won't lie to you it is restrictive but it is at least in my oppinion one of the better ones. I like the amount of support you recieve in this particular program it really does help keep you going and the weekly metings and weigh in's will help alot if your like me and need the accountablity....It does have a lack of phyisical exercise but it does encourage it and exsplains the need for you to begin some type of exercise routine and offers tons of suggestions for you to get started with..

Another very good program is the online program offered through Anytime fitness Center called Anytime Health. Now I started not to add this program because I know not everyone has an Anytime fitness Center close by but this is an internet site that is really good and anyone can sign up for it even without joining the gym (you get it for free with a membership) and for just a membership to the website it is only around $50 a year. It has and online calorie counter and it take in your personal information and will tell you exactly how many calories your should take in each day. It also has and exercise counter you type in what type of exercise you have done and for how long and at what intensity you did it at (even things as simple as doing your house cleaning) and it will count down and let you know how much more you need to do to get in the targeted amount it has required for you to do per day. and it also has tons of recipes and articles of encouragement it is very similar to the Weight Watcher Site.

If you are able to join the actual gym you get access to it 24/7 (they actually give you your own key) and the website for around $40 a month for a single person. and like I said for just the website it's around $50 for an intire year. Which makes it one of the chepest programs I have ever come across. But to be honest if you have no realnutrition knowledge I would seriouslly consider joining and using weight watchers for a few months in order to know how to go about reading food labels and planing well balanced truely nutritional meals. but if you don't want to do that then go to your library and research nutrition and make sure you learn as much as you can about food labels. because food manufactures are very smart and manipulating with there labels and there are alot of foods out there that appear to be healthy that aren't.

Well that's my two cent on this particular subject of course it is a billion dollar industry and new things and programs come out constantly so don't be surprized if I don't revisited this particular topic again. I really hope I have been helpful and by all means if any of you feels they have information that could  prove useful added to it let me know and I may very well amend it to add your info. And feel free to let me know what you think please I mean you are the reason I am writing it after all. Well good luck and I wish you all the very best in finding a program that suits you.

Are Movie Downloads Exspensive?

Are you not a big going out person or like me and just not a big theater person. I mean the crowds and the prices for muchies is ridiculous! And even if those reasons don't pertain to you, movie downloads could still be a wise choice if you just want to have instant entertainment whenever you want and wherever you may go. You could download movies online to your desktop pc or laptop and numberous handheld devices.
And you shouldn't be concerned about the costs. If you feel movie downloads are expensive, you should check it out.

These days, legal movie download internet sites are offering files for fairly reasonible prices. But nothing is free these days. To be assured you'll be able to download any movie, you should browse the different sites and then decided on an amount and budget for the amount of downloads you feel you'd use.
Are movie downloads exspensive? They can be. As mentioned, nothing is free. No matter how old or how obscure a film is, it still could not be downloaded for free. The term ‘exspensive’ could apply. What is costly to you may not be considered costly to another person. Downloads are not for free, but it is still up to you to determine whether price is reasonable or not.

You could still be practical. The first thing you should do after you have browsed and chose a internet movie download site is to sign up for a membership on the Website you picked out. Those subscriptions are not free and are often somewhat exspensive. However, they are worth it. There are usually two options to choose from. First, are the memberships that are less exspensive but they offer limited movie downloads. Second, are the memberships that are more exspensive but offer unlimited access and movie downloads.
To be practical, the unlimited membership is more widely recommended. This is due to the fact that you can can download as many movies as you like. The less exspensive limited memberships only allow you to download certain number of movies. It could be practical but what if you instantly relaize that you want to download more movies than your mambership allows for? It could be more way more exspensive to download movies on top of your membership allocations.

Then, there are issues about the computers and software used. You may think there is a need to buy a more expensive & powerful PCs. In the end, this is not nessccary. You could buy a less exspensive brand of computer and still download as many movie files as you want. Just be aware of the PC’s specs and memory capacity. Would you like to download movies to your iPod but you are afraid it will cost you more? There's now movie software download for iPods that are distributed online for free. There are certain movies that iTunes sell. They could cost some a bit more, but overall, they are still very much affordable. You do not have to worry over it.

Is it true that pirated copies of movie downloads are more affordable? Yes, it is. But you should take accountability and responsibility for downloading such files. Illegal copies of movies are cheaper, but the movie quailty is far less. The clarity is often fuzzy and color is almost always off.  Moreover, you are putting yourself at risk of having illegal downloads, which is punishable by law. Remember, piracy and illegal movie download is part of what pushes up the price on legitimate sites. This cannot happen if you would not help the illegal sites continue to flourish. Do not patronize such sites and you could help the industry curtail such illegal activities.

Are you a plus size woman or man frustated with trying to find nice affordable clothes in stores? And because of it your considering online shopping as a alteranative?

First off let me start by saying, I feel your pain being a full figured woman myself. I know how hard it is to find plus size clothing in department stores. And well online shopping is an affordable & convenient alternative. It allows you to shop on your own shedule what ever time day or night that suites you and you can browes and price check items from thousands of diferent stores and sites from the comfort of your own home.. Trust me I know how frusterating it is to be a full figure person trying to shop for plus size clothing. I mean speaking as a bigger woman myself finding clothing in bigger sizes especially the more popular fashions or dare I say it plus size bra or panties or any type of plus size lingerie that are fashionable or even remotely sexy. Lets face it not all of us want to look like grandmother's all the time! And what about trying to find plus size designer chothes or plus size matternity clothing. Basically finding nice, fashionable & reasonably priced plus size clothing is up there with buying the winning lottery ticket. One is about as likey to happen as the other right? So online shopping has become an almost must for those of us who are full figured but still like to look our best..

And normally when you do find what your looking for you have the added problem of finding them at prices you can afford. And lets face it there is a very small selection in most stores. So unless you go to stores that specialize in plus sizes you have very limited choices. But the specialty stores can be pretty pricey and hard to find. I mean the town where I live and the surrounding towns included. Have two malls and dozens of stand alone stores & shops but out of all of them there is only one store that specializes in plus sizes! And the prices are ridiculous there too! That is one of the most significate difference about online shopping. You have a huge selection of sites to choose from. And another good thing about there being such a large selection is that they are all completing against each other for your buisness. And that will mean lower prices in general and there are alot of special offers online exspecially for first time customers. those type of deals are definitely something to keep an eye out for.

Now with all this said online shopping is understandably more than a little daunting we all get nervous when it comes to disclosing our personal information on the internet. Exspecially your bank or credit card number online with identity theft being such an issue these days. Well you really shouldn't be! There are ways of protecting yourself from that sort of thing. My bank actually offers Identity theft protection I took out on my bank card if only like $6 a month and well worth it it came with a membership to an online discount site that e-mails me couponds for saving from all typesof online sites. But for those of you who's bank may not offer that. Than you can set yourself up with a paypal account its a very reputable company and it free. I have an account with them I started before my bank began offering the theft portection. And even with my theft protection. I used it whenever its an option and I've never had any problems. And most websites will be set up to except payment through paypal. It's actually another good way to tell if the site is reputable. With that said I am not saying that all sites that do not except pay pal are not reputable! I have bought from several that haven't. Just use your common sence as well I mean some sites are going to be trustworthy on there name alone like an official Fashion Bug or Lane Byrant site should be considered reputable on their name alone. Just make sure it is an offical site! IF you want to be super careful get thr URL from the stare its self by callingit and asking somone from customer services what there website is.

To get started look up some plus size stores or just google large size clothing sections of some of the stores you are already familiar with like Fashion Bug or Lane Bryant just be sure to browes around. Check out several site compare clothing selections and prices as well as any of the special offers I mentioned to look for that they might have . Remember their just like any other stores some have better prices and others better selections. You have to decide which of these things are of importance to you and go from there. So my suggestion is to browes around several sites before making any purchases. We all know how frustrating it is to buy something somewhere and find it cheaper or something you like better somewhere else afterwards.
Once you have found a site your interested in. Here is my suggestions on what you should look for in order to browes around and make an informed discision on it. First you will need to click on it's "Pluse size womens clothing" or its "Big and tall menswear" section. If you don't see anything like that then just look for something similar to it. That will bring up some lists with more specific items that they offer you. Then you chose what your interested in like "plus size dresses", "plus size suites", "plus size blouses", "plus size bathing suits". You get the idea anyway click on the ones that interes that will bring up just that item and with give you more details on it such as the sizes & colors it come as well as prices and any special offer you might be able to recieve on it.

If you are looking for something even more specific most will have a search bar where you can type in specificially what your looking for. Find it, It will be very helpful when it comes to harder to find items. Like if your looking for something to wear to a costume party or a formal event and you see nothing on the site in either of the categories they have listed. Go to their search bar and type in "Plus size costumes" or " Big size hallowen costumes", "Plus size formal wear" or "Plus size prom dress" or " Big & tall suits" If the site offers them this should bring them up.

Well to all the plus size men & full figured women who bothered to read this thank you for taking the time to do so. I plan on adding links that you can use to get started shopping and I really hope you found it helpful that was my goal. So feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think either way your input will be apperciated And I wish you all luck in finding the plus size fashions of your dreams.
Good luck & Happy shopping Tawana.
